The following disclosures apply to every Aurora founding member checkout. They are also displayed for review before any payment is collected at /select-plan.
- You are reserving a founding member seat in Aurora's presale. Aurora is currently in development and not yet available for use. Your card will not be charged until Aurora launches.
- At launch, your card will be charged $500/month (Monthly Plan) or $5,000/year (Annual Plan) and will recur until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time before launch for no charge. Your seat will be permanently released upon cancellation and cannot be reclaimed.
- If you cancel after launch, founding pricing is permanently forfeited. If you resubscribe, you will return at the then-current pricing for the phase at which you rejoin.
- Your founding price remains locked while your subscription remains continuously active. Pricing is subject to change only as permitted under Section 12 of the Terms of Service.
- If Aurora does not surface at least $10,000 in negotiation positions worth reviewing on your first study after launch, your first month of subscription is credited, subject to the conditions and exclusions in the full Guarantee Terms.
- Founding access includes up to 5 active contract reviews per month. Higher volume requires a separate custom written arrangement.
- After the presale closes, Phase 2 opens to qualified sites by application. Waitlist enrollment does not guarantee Phase 2 access or Phase 2 pricing.
- Founding pricing will not be available on or after the close of the presale. The Operational Phase opens at higher pricing that rises at each successive release phase.
